Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Please email us with your order number at meow@chesterandpearl.com to resolve any pre-shipment order changes.

We currently do not accept item returns on delivered items. However, if there is a problem with the order you receive or it arrives damaged, we will certainly do our best to make things right. Send us an email with the order number and photos showing the issues.
